Starting 6-8 weeks out from wedding day, our role is to step in with confidence and care - ensuring every detail is organized, every vendor is aligned, and your vision is brought to life. Wedding Day Management allows you to transition from planning mode into celebration mode. With an experienced team managing the timeline, logistics, and behind the scenes details, you can be fully present for the moments you've been looking forward to.

What's Included:

Pre-Wedding Support

• Introductory coordination meeting (in person preferred)

• 2-3 planning meetings beginning six to eight weeks before the wedding

• Review of final details and logistics

• Creation of Wedding Day Timeline

• Final Venue Walkthrough

• Wedding decor hand-off for transport to the venue

• Rehearsal Coordination

• Point of Contact for Vendors starting 2 weeks out

• Timeline Distribution to Vendors

Wedding Day Execution

• On-site lead planner and assistant

• Setup of wedding day decor

• Behind-the-scenes problem solving and troubleshooting

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination and management

• Wedding day decor tear down and cleanup

• Loading personal items into designated vehicle at the end of the night

• Additional Hours of Day-Of Coverage beyond the included 12 hours 

• Additional Assistant for Day-Of service (May be required for weddings with guest count over 100, or weddings with multiple locations)

• Post Wedding Services, such as Thank You cards or rental returns.
