Wedding Day Management allows you to transition from planning mode into celebration mode. With an experienced team managing the timeline, logistics, and behind the scenes details, you can be fully present for the moments you've been looking forward to.

• Introductory coordination meeting (in person preferred)

• 2-3 planning meetings beginning six to eight weeks before the wedding

• Review of final details and logistics

• Creation of Wedding Day Timeline

• Final Venue Walkthrough

• Assistance transporting Wedding Decor to the venue

• Rehearsal Coordination

• Point of Contact for Vendors starting 2 weeks out

• Timeline Distribution to Vendors

• On-site lead planner and assistant

• Setup of wedding day decor

• Behind-the-scenes problem solving and troubleshooting

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination and management

• Wedding day decor tear down and cleanup

• Loading personal items into designated vehicle at the end of the night
