This service is intentionally comprehensive and offered to a limited number of couples each year, allowing us to provide the highest level of attention, creativity, and support throughout the planning process. **Travel and Lodging Fees may apply for Weddings over 40 miles distance from the Treasure Valley

Planning & Strategy

• In-depth introductory planning meeting (in person preferred)

• Monthly planning calls throughout your engagement

• Customized planning checklist and master timeline

• Comprehensive budget management, including payment scheduling and expense tracking

Venue & Vendor Management

• Venue research, tours, and selection guidance

• Venue contract review and support

• Curated vendor recommendations tailored to your style and priorities

• Vendor outreach and proposal comparisons

• Contract review for all booked vendors

• Ongoing vendor communication and meeting coordination

• Attendance at key vendor appointments as needed

Design & Aesthetic Direction

• Wedding design and decor planning

• Mood boards and color palette creation

• Ceremony and reception layout guidance

• Decor and rental sourcing assistance

• Optional table décor mock-up prior to the wedding

• ​Wedding decor hand-off 1-2 weeks from event date for transport to the venue

• Full design execution on the wedding day

Guest & Experience Management

• Guest list and RSVP tracking support

• Seating chart assistance (if applicable)

• Hotel booking support for the Bride & Groom (if applicable)

• Rehearsal Coordination

Wedding Day Execution

• Detailed wedding day timeline creation and printed distribution to vendors

• Vendor confirmations and final follow-ups prior to the wedding

• On-site lead planner and assistant

• Vendor coordination and timeline management

• Behind-the-scenes problem solving and troubleshooting

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination and management

• Setup and tear-down of wedding day decor

• Additional Assistant for Day-Of service (May be required for weddings with guest count over 100, or weddings with multiple locations)
