• Venue research, tours, and selection guidance

• Venue contract review and support

• Curated vendor recommendations tailored to your style and priorities

• Vendor outreach and proposal comparisons

• Contract review for all booked vendors

• Ongoing vendor communication and meeting coordination

• Attendance at key vendor appointments as needed

Design & Aesthetic Direction

• Wedding design and decor planning

• Mood boards and color palette creation

• Ceremony and reception layout guidance

• Decor and rental sourcing assistance

• Optional table décor mock-up prior to the wedding

• ​Wedding decor hand-off 1-2 weeks from event date for transport to the venue

• Full design execution on the wedding day

• Guest list and RSVP tracking support
