  • Attendance at key vendor appointments as needed

Design & Aesthetic Direction

  • Event design and decor planning

  • Mood boards and color palette creation

  • Event layout guidance

  • Decor and rental sourcing assistance

  • Event​ decor hand-off 1-2 weeks from event date for transport to the venue (If needed)

  • Full design execution on the event day

Guest & Experience Management

  • Guest list and RSVP tracking support (if needed)

  • Seating chart assistance (if applicable)

Event Day Execution

  • Detailed event day timeline creation and printed distribution

  • Vendor confirmations and final follow-ups prior to the event

  • Behind-the-scenes problem solving and troubleshooting

  • Up to 10 hours of event day coordination and management

  • Setup and tear-down of event day decor

A Truly Custom Experience

This service is completely customizable and is based off of your needs for your event.  Since each event is unique, we'll create a package based on services requested, as we know, that not all listed services may be needed.  Pricing will be based off of selected services, event scale and guest count, complexity of design, and timeline.

Want to Add a Photo Backdrop and/or Balloon Arch to the Decor?

​

We'll work with you to create a personalized arch package that aligns with your event decor.  We currently offer 4 styles of arch rentals; 7.2' Gold Arch, 6.6' Gold Arch (typically rented together), an 8' Round Gold Arch, and an 8' Gold Square.  Take a peek at our Instagram page for examples and inspiration.
